What I ate today... Sunday 17th March 2013
Breakfast...
Not doing well here :( Apetite still not returned.
Lunch...
Greek natural yogurt with raspberries and blueberries, and a drizzle of honey. I love this! (same photo as its the same as before!!)
Dinner...
Fresh chicken cooked and made into chicken thai curry with 50g of wholewheat brown rice.
What I left..
Ok so still struggling with food but I think I am getting a little better... fighting daily with my apetite, at least I am eating something now!!
I am really loveing eating the greek yogurt and fruit so I think another trip to the shops is in order to buy more!! mmmm

Day 63...
What I ate today... Saturday 16th March 2013
Breakfast...
Glass of apple juice (its all I fancied and was not hungry)
Lunch...
2 table spoons of greek natural yogurt with raspberries and blueberries, with a drizzle of honey.
Dinner...
Roast chicken breast, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans and roasted sweet potato's. And a little gravy.
I managed to eat the yogurt and it was actually really nice :) Dinner I just wanted a small amount and to be honest this is like a small childs portion but I managed it, not in one go... it did take me a little while to eat and it was cold by the end!
I did actually have a little more greek yogurt and fruit later in the evening... very nice:)
Feeling slightly better today, happier as I managed to eat something! I am still getting stomach cramps and still feel unwell... but hopefully this is the start of my situation improving?!

As some of you are aware, I am currently studying with The Open University... and enjoying every minute of it too :)
Well I am on my way up that vertual ladder now... I recently receeived in the post my first certificates, which I am really proud of. I took my first exam in about 25 years and passed, this gave me the Health and Social Care certificate and allows me to use letters after my name! Cert HSC (Open) !! And I also gained my Certificate of Higher Education Open which also allows me to use letters after my name.. Cert HE (Open) !! So hmmm interesting huh!
Here are my certifates all framed up!
Now onwards and upwards with my studying... the degree is in sight! Now I have just had a thought... would'nt it be nice to of reached my weight goal and gain my degree at the same time! What an achievement!! Hmmm thinking on this now...

Day 62...
What I ate today... Friday 15th March 2013
Breakfast...
Egg with turkey rasher.
What I left...
Lunch...
Nothing as feeling really ill...
Dinner...
Very thin omelette with sliced lettace and tuna mixed with a little mayonaise.
What I left...
So no eating is not going very well :( I am trying to drink more but even that is hard. Still got cramps, pain and bloated feeling... but hey I am still here, saying positive and hoping this what ever this is sorts its self out!
On a plus note... I took Han to The Weight Loss Guys this evening, I could not take part. Han did GREAT!! I did feel a bit bad sitting on the side lines watching...
Han got weighed and lost another 2 pounds so she is now at the lowest she has ever been... 16 stone and 10 pounds. And I stood on the scales to give myself piece of mind that I am not actually putting weight on.. and it appears I have lost 3 pounds! So now my new total is 21 stone and 10 pounds :) So we both have a smile on our faces :)

Day 61...
What I ate today... Thursday 14th March 2013
Breakfast...
Egg, turkey rashers.
Lunch...
Wholewheat brown rice 50g, with mixed vegetables.
Dinner...
Roasted breast of chicken with roasted carrots and potato's with onion, with a little chicken gravy.
Today is probably the most I have eaten in a long time! But saying that all the portion sizes I have eaten were very small compared to what I normally have. And going on my husbands portion size I am eating not even half of what he does! At least I am eating!
I am still not well, boated, ill, look deathly white and have no energy. I seriously need something doing... I am drinking and eating a little more so hopefully its starting to pick up now? Fingers crossed.
