Breakfast...
Dry fried egg with medallion bacon and baked beans.
Lunch...
Fresh salmon omlette... mmm with herbs :)
Dinner...
Vegetable home made curry with 100g of wholewheat brown rice.
Enjoyed my food today... mmm... but I dont think I have eaten enough! No snacks..naughty me :( I am going to have to make sure I eat them. But on the plus side I am drinking more fluids. One step at a time!!
Han is still in Disney! Loving it no doubt!! Very quiet here!! :(
