What I ate today... Saturday 9th March 2013
Breakfast...
Cherry tomato's, dry fried egg, table spoon of baked beans, 2 'bacon' rashers, mushrooms and a little reduced ketchup.
Lunch...
4 crackerbread with tuna and mayo, lettace and cucumber. Bit like a toasted sandwich, but crunchier! :)
Fresh melon pieces.
Dinner...
Roast chicken breast with piri piri hot sauce, roasted sweet potato's, carrots with broccoli, cauliflower and sprouts.
