And now......

Hello marvellous friends....

I just want to firstly say a big Thank You for all your messages... I am not going to dwell on what's happened to me, I am going to think ....ok I am injured, trying to cope with daily pain... I can get through this...I WILL!!  It's just a hiccup that's all!.... Ok a big hiccup!! Ha ha at least I have my sense of humour, I have my mum to thank for that :)

I am and will stay positive, after all I am a happy smiley person!!

Happy happy happy... Ok only smiley faces and happiness all the way!!

During my smiled filled day I have been stitching... Oh yes indeed!!  I should show you all what I have been doing...

Ha ha .... You all know already what I am stitching!  But just in case, for those new folk dropping by, here is what I am currently stitching...
It's a wonderful Blue Ribbon design called "Five Houses Of Hope".  I am using DMC threads and stitching on 18 count hand dyed (by me) Aida.

Here is my journey so far...

And that is where my journey so far has taken me....

I have to tell you all this design is such a joy to stitch, it's lovely... Oooh for those who are not sure what the design looks like, or not seen it before ..

This is it... What hopefully my finished design will look like...

A close up....

And if you want to see more Blue Ribbon designs then in my side bar I have a quick link button... It's says I like everything there!  Ha ha.. I do!!

I hope you have enjoyed my journey of stitching so far...

Please feel free to leave a comment at the bottom, I love love love to read all your comments..ha ha good or bad!

Right... I think I have been here long enough!  Ha ha you think??

On with the stitching:)

Smiles to you all :)

Xx

  5. You are stitching up a storm on this piece. The little owl and tree would make a great stand alone ornie too.
